Hi, I am Mark Brown, after I graduated from high school, I entered the construction industry. I started by building houses and apartments, then I entered the roof profession. I have worked with many of the men in roofing who are now owners of their own companies. Steven Brown, my son, works with us. After serving in the Marines, he worked in commercial roofing. He brings that a wealth of knowledge to our company and is proficient in home repairs.
At Covenant Roofing, we realize that most people have never purchased a roof and therefore, may not understand the information they receive from their insurance company. We are experts in dealing with your insurance company. We want to be sure you are compensated for any damage covered under your policy. In dealing with insurance companies, we believe them when they say, "If we owe it, we are going to pay for it." We are eager to meet with your adjuster, if you wish. Most adjusters are thorough, however, some who are not based in Oklahoma, may be unaware of our city codes. If items of importance are omitted from your insurance adjustment, we will bring it to their attention because it may make a difference whether or not the shingle manufacturer honors their warranty on your home. For example, there is strict code enforcement on the decking, the wood surface just under the shingle, and on ventilation, you must have adequate ventilation or you may void your warranty. You need to install drip edge to protect your shingle mold, a small decorative piece of wood, and drip edge also prevents the capillary effect of water entering your roof.
Honesty and integrity are very important to us. After we inspect your roof, we will give you our assessment. If you do not need a new roof and a repair will work for you, we will tell you. We want to answer any question you may have regarding your roofing project. We will talk with you about your warranties, both from the manufacturer and our workmanship warranty. We will introduce you to shingles which may make you eligible for a discount with your homeowners insurance policy each year. We protect you from filing unnecessary insurance claims that will damage your relationship with your insurance carrier or, worse, increase your rates or even cause cancellation. And please beware of people who knock on your door. There is a good chance that they are out-of-towners who only profit if they can get you to file a claim. Most local roofers do not have time, during a storm, to go door to door. Also, if you use people who 'claim' to be local, your workmanship warranty leaves town with them when they return home. When you enlist our services, you are using a local roofing company. We are based in Oklahoma City but we do work all over the state of Oklahoma.
Finally, we hope to provide such a good job that you want to tell your friends and neighbors about our services. We hope that you will write a letter of reference we can share with other potential customers who can join the Covenant family.

There is no risk in letting us take a look at your roof. We don’t do hard sales and will give you a honest and open estimate. Most of the time any lower estimates you receive indicate some hidden substitution or cut corner in the roof. As a homeowner you’d be served well to think long term and think about how long you have to live with the roof you’re about to have installed.
